- This is a rare opportunity for you to be part of a well-established organization offering an exciting career path in the field of alternative investments.   Responsibilities :   - As part of the investment team you will be leading investment efforts across private markets with strong focus on private equity funds, secondaries, co-investments, hedge funds and real estate.   - You will also be heavily involved in fund diligence and manager selection and need to demonstrate willingness and ability to do both as your time is likely to be divided across multiple strategies.   - You will also be expected to supervise the work of more junior members of the team and ensure timely delivery.   Profile :   - 2-7 Years experience in a fund of fund or institution or family office in alternative investments   - Exposure to international markets (preferably developed markets - US & Europe)   - MBA/Masters in Finance from one of the top 10 business schools Plus CFA (1st attempt distinction in most subjects) or CA (1st attempt rank holder with Big 4 Articles) or IIT under-graduation preferred.   Candidates with qualifications from Tier 2 institutes will not be considered.
