Description:
We are seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to join our team in India.
This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and create value for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth through alliances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and execute partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment of goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in alliance management or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving successful outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Familiarity with the industry landscape and competitive dynamics in India
