Senior AI Product Engineer

Role Overview : As a Senior AI Product Engineer, you will work across product, engineering, customer workflows, and AI-native systems to rapidly build and scale enterprise applications.

You will own problems end-to-end :

- Understanding customer pain points

- Designing workflows

- Building prototypes

- Shipping production systems

- Iterating based on real-world feedback This is a high-ownership engineering role with strong product involvement.

What You'll Do:

- Design and build end-to-end product experiences and systems

- Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand operational workflows

- Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern AI development tools

- Build production-grade applications and internal platforms

- Contribute across frontend, backend, workflows, APIs, automation, and AI-assisted systems

- Use AI tools aggressively to accelerate development, experimentation, and iteration

- Drive product direction through technical and product intuition

- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification across workflows

- Help shape the future architecture of AI-native enterprise applications

What We're Looking For :

We are specifically looking for engineers who :

- Have 6+ years of engineering experience Have built products or systems end-to-end

- Have worked on projects with real users, customers, or monetization

- Build side projects, experiments, tools, or products outside of work

- Actively use AI tools in their daily workflow

- Have strong product intuition alongside technical depth

- Enjoy high ownership and fast execution

- Are comfortable working across multiple parts of the stack

- Prefer building and shipping over process-heavy environments
