Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Advisory Consultant to drive AI, Data, and Analytics transformation engagements for global Lifesciences clients. The role combines strategic advisory, client engagement, transformation delivery, solutioning, and team leadership, with a strong focus on translating business challenges into scalable AI-led solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver AI, Data, and Analytics strategy and transformation engagements for Lifesciences clients.

- Work closely with client leadership to understand business challenges, identify high-value AI opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps.

- Translate business problems into AI/Data-driven solutions, including use-case prioritization, business cases, operating models, and adoption strategies.

- Advise clients on the adoption and industrialization of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Responsible AI.

- Drive AI transformation across Lifesciences functions such as R&D, clinical trials, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.

- Develop AI roadmaps, PoVs, solution concepts, and transformation offerings aligned with client business objectives.

- Support the practice and leadership in RFP responses, proactive pitches, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and effectively communicate complex AI and transformation concepts through executive-level storytelling and data-driven insights.

- Bridge business, consulting, data science, and engineering teams to ensure successful operationalization and adoption of AI solutions.

- Manage large-scale transformation programs, including program governance, PMO structures, delivery assurance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.

- Coach and mentor a team of 26 consultants, providing guidance on consulting delivery, problem-solving, solutioning, and client engagement.

- Contribute to the development of differentiated AI advisory frameworks, offerings, and methodologies for enterprise clients.

- Drive measurable business outcomes and value realization from enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate across geographies and broader consulting and industry teams to deliver end-to-end transformation programs.

- Travel domestically and internationally as required and work from the office at least three days per week.

Required Skills:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in management consulting, business consulting, AI advisory, digital transformation, or a closely related field.

- Proven experience delivering strategy and transformation engagements involving AI, Data, Analytics, or Automation.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Responsible AI; hands-on exposure to enterprise AI adoption is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of the Lifesciences value chain, with depth in at least one area such as R&D, clinical trials, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial.

- Proven experience in AI strategy, roadmap development, use-case identification, business case development, and enterprise AI adoption.

- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs, including program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery assurance.

- Strong experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders and bridging business and technical teams.

- Excellent structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, executive storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Experience contributing to RFPs, PoVs, proposals, proactive pitches, and consulting offerings.

- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring consulting teams.

- Strong commercial and client-facing orientation with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development.

- Willingness to travel across India and globally based on client requirements.
