Senior Advisor - Buy Side - Real Estate Funding Tech Platform

A new tech platform for real estate funding to developers is looking to engage industry veterans for deal making engagements. Only candidates with relevant track record and active network are encouraged to apply. This is top-level business development role. This is not a finance role.

Requirements:

1. Business development for funding consideration with large to midsize real estate developers in NCR/ Gurgaon/ Noida/ Faridabad / Ghaziabad.

2. Active and direct developer relationships at CEO / owner level.

3. Sales related funding to be on per project basis only and in syndication with other investors.

4. 75% focus on residential projects in ready-to-move-in stage.

5. 25% on office spaces and commercials in ready-to-move-in stage.

6. Remuneration to be on success fee basis given by the buy side.

7. Target deals- 10 in Year-1.

8. Shall have tons of experience including SBU head, P&L owner, team lead & final deal maker.

9. Must be comfortable working in small teams and entrepreneurial setups.
