Senior Ads Strategist - Paid Media

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Ads Strategist with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads and cross-channel paid media execution. This role is ideal for a performance marketing professional who thrives on translating strategy into execution, optimizing campaigns at scale, and mentoring junior team members. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert and own tactical delivery for key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end paid media execution across assigned accounts, focusing on Meta Ads with exposure to Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns-covering audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding, and funnel optimization.

- Use automation, AI, and advanced tools to drive campaign efficiency and scale.

- Partner with consultants and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.

- Mentor and guide junior paid media professionals.

- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and run experiments to improve performance.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of deep hands-on experience in paid media, especially Meta/Facebook Ads.

- Proven track record managing and optimizing high-budget, complex campaigns.

- Strong technical expertise in audience targeting, bid management, funnel optimization, and tracking infrastructure.

- Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or light scripting for campaign efficiency.

- Strong analytical skills and data fluency; able to translate insights into action.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts.

- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
