Roles and Responsibilities:
- 3-6 years of deep, hands-on paid media experience, primarily Facebook/Meta Ads, with exposure to Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
- Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts.
- Strong technical proficiency with paid media platform nuances, creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization.
- Working knowledge of tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs, with an ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking setups across platforms.
- Comfortable working alongside business consultants, translating strategic goals into executable campaign plans.
- Data-fluent with ability to analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and implement automation or AI-driven enhancements.
- Effective communicator, able to explain technical performance details to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior paid media professionals is preferred.
Required Skillset:
- 3-6 years of hands-on paid media campaign management, especially with Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven optimization decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and scripting or light coding for campaign efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven ability to multitask across multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-agency environment.
