Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end seller acquisition efforts in the assigned micromarket
- Identify, engage, pitch, and onboard property sellers to the Truva platform
- Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with sellers
- Manage and resolve seller-related escalations promptly
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure seller satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Track acquisition performance and provide insights for improvement
- Demonstrate ownership, discipline, and customer-centric decision-making
