Job Summary:

We are one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in India. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CA-Accounts Manager to join the corporate finance team at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate accounting, taxation, MIS reporting, GST compliance, income tax, and bank reconciliation.

The candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end corporate accounting activities.

- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax and GST compliance.

- Prepare and review MIS reports for management decision-making.

- Ensure timely GST filings, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund movements.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.

- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and ledger scrutiny.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Corporate Accounting

- Expertise in GST, Income Tax, and Taxation

- Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting

- Bank Reconciliation expertise is mandatory

- Strong understanding of financial compliance and statutory regulations

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

- CA Qualified Mandatory

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting

- Experience from Pharma/Healthcare/Manufacturing industry preferred

- Candidates must be comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai
