Senior Accounts Executive - CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 3 years of post- qualification experience to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor actuals vs. budget.

- Taxation: Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and support during assessments/audits.

- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; ensure timely completion of audits and implementation of audit recommendations.

- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Review AP/AR processes, verify reconciliations, and ensure proper cash flow management.

- MIS Reporting: Generate financial reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

- Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including Companies Act, etc

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - ICAI qualified

- 3 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting/audit/taxation

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)

- Excellent understanding of taxation laws (Income Tax, GST)

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
