Senior Accounting Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting operations, direct and indirect taxation, financial analysis, and statutory compliance, with the ability to ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

- Oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements and reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Prepare, review, and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, partnership firms, LLPs, and companies.

- Ensure timely tax filings, reconciliations, and compliance with applicable regulations.

- Monitor and maintain accounting controls, processes, and documentation.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities on finance and taxation matters.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and organizational policies.

- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting.
