Senior Accountant - eCommerce

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong Excel skills and experience in managing accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial operations for e-commerce platforms like AJIO, Myntra, and others.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with payment reconciliation, tally/system uploads, and accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable Management: Track payments from e-commerce platforms (AJIO, Myntra, etc.), reconcile receivables, and ensure timely collections.

- Payment Reconciliation: Verify payments, deductions, and chargebacks, ensuring accurate reconciliation with platform reports.

- Excel & Data Management: Maintain financial records, generate reports, and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions.

- Tally/System Uploads: Ensure accurate financial entries and upload reconciled data into Tally or other accounting software.

- Accounting Entries: Record and process journal entries, invoices, and GST compliance-related transactions.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on receivables, reconciliations, and financial discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in e-commerce reconciliation.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), Tally, and other financial tools.

- E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of payment cycles, deductions, and chargeback reconciliations from platforms like AJIO, Myntra, etc.

- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
