About the Job

Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition domain, specifically within account management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering deep, long-term relationships, and driving significant client satisfaction and retention. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to proactively identify client needs, deliver innovative talent solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Strategic Account Oversight: Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level or high-value client accounts, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and our service offerings.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior leadership within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.

- Solution Development & Delivery: Proactively identify client challenges and opportunities, developing and presenting tailored talent solutions that drive measurable business impact. Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of these solutions.

- Performance & Growth: Drive account expansion and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services. Monitor, analyze, and report on key account performance metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to both clients and internal leadership.

- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a critical liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Operations, Sales, Marketing), ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery. Potentially mentor and guide junior account managers or team members.

- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Expertly handle and resolve complex client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with a solution-oriented approach, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in talent acquisition to continually provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain thought leadership.

- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of account management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a strong plus.

Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition department, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior account management or client leadership role.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior executives.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and solutions.

Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming challenges.

Organizational & Time Management: Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving revenue growth targets.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions
