You will be responsible for developing and executing campaign strategies, onboarding influencers, managing client relationships, and delivering data-driven results. Your ability to build strong connections with both influencers and clients will be key to ensuring the success of each campaign.

MBA is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

- Identify and recruit influencers aligned with brand goals.

- Negotiate deliverables and pricing.

- Maintain a strong and diverse influencer network.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop creative campaign strategies tailored to client objectives.

- Manage content creation, approvals, and timely execution.

- Ensure brand alignment and campaign quality throughout.

- Client & Influencer Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and influencers.

- Foster smooth, professional communication and long-term partnerships.

- Address queries, feedback, and concerns promptly.

Brand Partnerships:

- Match brands with suitable influencers to maximize campaign impact.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upcoming opportunities.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights.

Market Research & Trends:

- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor campaigns.

- Apply market insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA is mandatory

- Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.

- Deep understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and digital ecosystems.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools.

- A creative, strategic, and detail-oriented mindset.
