The HR Head is responsible for leading the human resources team and ensuring the Manpower budgeting, Talent source, HR policies, Performance management, Learning & development, Employee engagement, Onboarding & Separations, and all HR related initiatives align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition - HR Head is responsible for overseeing the execution of all activities of Recruitment by junior personnel. In this position, the Head of Recruiting oversees the business's overall recruiting and sourcing mission, vision, and long-term strategy.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting - The HR Head is responsible for the development and overseeing the departmental budgetary allocation and its management throughout the year and making necessary shifts in allocation to accommodate the shifting resourcing requirements and recruitment needs.
- Analytics- Play an analytical role where he delivers on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies. Providing direction and consultation to the business on emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments.
- Talent Management - All aspects of talent management including recruitment, hiring, training and development. Campus / off-campus hiring. Responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent. Oversee the development of job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and additionally responsible for creating career development opportunities and training programs for employees.
- Performance Management - Developing, implementing and updating the process of employee performance evaluation. Develop processes for downward feedback, 360-degree feedback, and any such cutting-edge management practices.
- Compensation and Benefits - The development and implementation of compensation and benefits program. To ensure that the organization is compliant with all HR related laws and regulations. This includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Benchmark salaries and create band-wise ranges. Develop industry-benchmarking standards for human capital performance improvement and decision-making.
- HR Operations - Responsible for the overall management of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, POSH and HR information systems. Employee engagement initiatives, managing employee grievances, and developing policies that promote a positive work environment. Facilities & Administration.
- Communication - Ensure the business values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business. Acts as an advisor to top management and department heads in regard to key business and management issues.
