Educational Qualification : MBA/PG
Experience : Min 8 Years in Sell out operations
- To plan sell out strategies to improve sell out and increase awareness level of the brands
- To monitor sellout data and share it with the area and regional sales managers and formulate suitable schemes in alignment with the RSM to increase productivity.
- To effectively manage the Sell-out budget
- To achieve monthly sell out target for the zone
- To track TSRs and sales consultant productivity within the territory
- To identify the market opportunity for placing the right material at the shop floor by coordinating with TSRs.
- To ensure timely recruitment, placement and training of sales consultants in the appropriate counters
- To coach and provide guidance to TSRs sales consultants to achieve their targets
- To run various competitive programs and activities to foster motivation of the TSRs and sales consultants
- To verify and approve incentive plans for TSRs and sales consultants.
- To ensure on time implementation of all activities, launches, and promotions at the POS (Point of sale)
- To support retail sales through creative merchandising presentation, visual displays and in store promotions.
- To do regular market visits to understand various promotion activities to improve sell out in alignment with RSM
- To build and cultivate relationships with store managers and other store personnel.
- Responsible for tracking weekly inventory by assigned regions and coordinating activities required to sell out with high velocity.
- To ensure timely generation of the POs before conducting any activities
