Key Responsibility Area:
- Operations Management: Manage and optimize all operational aspects of the Amazon business, including inventory, pricing, and promotions, to drive sales and profitability.
- Financial Management: Oversee the ADS spend, ASIN lifecycle, and P&L of Amazon operations to ensure financial targets are met.
- Product Management: Continuously add new ASINs or products based on defined processes and market demand.

Desired Skills:
- Amazon Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Ads and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of managing a minimum spend of 20 lakhs per month with a 0% - 40% Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) or 15% - 25% Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS).
- Amazon Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Flex, including expertise in key processes such as Flex site launch, RC addition, SC repeats, transaction file management, claims management, and RECO processes.
