Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

- Create, optimize, and manage product listings including content, images, pricing, keywords, and categorization

- Ensure product availability and inventory synchronization across platforms

- Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics and performance (return rate, defect rate, order cancellations, etc.)

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers in coordination with marketing and sales teams

- Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor listings to identify improvement opportunities

- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely order dispatches and fulfillment

- Resolve customer escalations and claims in coordination with customer support teams

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and address any penalties or account health issues proactively.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience handling marketplaces in the e-commerce domain, specifically Amazon.

- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, operations, and promotional tools

- Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in D2C or startup environments

- Familiarity with catalogue tools or inventory management systems

- Knowledge of keyword tools for marketplace optimization
