Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and structured professional to own and scale Kyari's presence across quick commerce platforms including Swiggy, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other emerging players.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, margin management, assortment strategy, platform relationships, operational excellence, and catalogue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for all quick commerce partners

- Build strong working relationships with category managers

- Negotiate margins, visibility, campaigns, and placements

- Drive joint business plans (JBP) and growth initiatives

2. P&L Ownership

- Manage end-to-end channel P&L

- Track revenue, margins, commissions, trade spends, and ad investments

- Ensure healthy contribution margins while scaling revenue

- Monitor return rates, damages, and ageing inventory

3. Assortment & Growth Strategy

- Identify and scale high-velocity SKUs

- Expand distribution across dark stores

- Optimize pricing and pack sizes for the quick commerce audience

- Launch new SKUs strategically within the channel

- Rationalize slow-moving inventory

4. Operations & Inventory Management

- Maintain strong fill rates and minimize stock-outs

- Coordinate closely with supply chain and warehouse teams

- Improve order fulfilment metrics and reduce losses

- Ensure inventory planning aligns with demand forecasts

5. Catalogue & Conversion Optimization

- Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions)

- Improve discoverability and search ranking

- Work with internal teams to improve ratings and reviews

- Plan and execute platform-level ad campaigns

Experience & Skills

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in quick commerce, ecommerce, marketplaces, modern trade, or D2C channel management

- Prior experience handling P&L or revenue targets is strongly preferred

- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

- Commercial acumen with understanding of margins and contribution

- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance
