We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free. Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It has made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we have become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly. Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other performance channels.

- Monitor daily performance and take data-driven actions to improve conversions and profitability.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

- Build and refine performance strategies aligned with brand, growth, and revenue goals.

- Drive experimentation (A/B tests, new audiences, creatives, landing pages).

- Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV.

- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with leadership.

- Provide actionable insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.

- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to deliver high-performing creatives.

- Continuously suggest process improvements and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce brands.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

- Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
