We are looking for an experienced Segment Head Exports to lead international business expansion for bearings and industrial products across Europe and North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership in the export domain.

Position: Segment Head - Exports

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10+ years in International Business (Europe & North America), preferably in bearings

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export strategies to enhance market presence and revenue.

- Identify & acquire new international customers to drive business growth.

- Manage & train the exports team for high performance.

- Negotiate contracts, establish distribution networks, and devise global sales strategies.

- Conduct sales forecasting, business planning & market analysis for sustainable growth.

- Ensure timely payment collection and compliance with international trade regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Machine Tool Engineering.

- MBA (Marketing) from a recognized institution (preferred).

Technical & Functional Expertise:

- Deep understanding of bearings & industrial products.

- Strong networking, analytical, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience in international marketing & segment strategy.

- Proficiency in business expansion across Europe and North America.
