Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Security Product Manager to join our Pune-based team to lead the strategic vision and execution of our security product suite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical security requirements and user-centric product design, ensuring our offerings remain resilient against evolving threats.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, compliance officers, and executive stakeholders to translate market needs into a robust product roadmap. By driving innovation in vulnerability management and identity governance, you will directly influence the security posture of our global enterprise clients, ensuring our solutions not only meet rigorous industry standards like SOC II but also provide a seamless experience for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap by prioritizing security features that address critical customer pain points and market gaps.

- Oversee the lifecycle of vulnerability management and security testing initiatives to ensure our products maintain the highest levels of integrity and protection.

- Manage complex SSO integrations and provide high-level support to ensure frictionless identity management for our enterprise-grade client base.

- Lead the implementation of advanced telemetry tools to gain actionable insights into system performance and potential security risks.

- Partner with engineering teams to integrate embedded system security protocols, ensuring hardware and software layers are hardened against sophisticated attack vectors.

- Champion security risk management practices across the organization to ensure all product releases align with internal governance and external SOC II compliance requirements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable product strategies, backed by 8 to 15 years of experience in product management within the cybersecurity domain.

- Proven expertise in managing identity management systems and SSO integration projects, with a deep understanding of authentication protocols and user access governance.

- Strong technical proficiency in vulnerability management and security testing methodologies, allowing for effective collaboration with security researchers and developers.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

- Proven track record of working in a hybrid environment, coordinating with distributed teams to deliver high-impact security solutions on time and within scope.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage telemetry tools to monitor product health and proactively identify areas for security enhancement.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred, complemented by a strong understanding of the global security landscape and regulatory frameworks.
