Description:

Position: Team Lead Sales GeTDi (Mumbai, West India).

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead (role is equivalent to Regional Sales Manager) to lead our sales efforts in the West India region, focusing on Generation, Transmission, and Distribution utility customers (GeTDi).

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of energy metering and management solutions to Generation, Transmission, and Distribution utilities.

- Monitor and participate in tenders from government and private utilities.

- Engage with key stakeholders in state and private power utilities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility decision-makers and procurement teams.

- Track regional business opportunities, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams for bid management, technical compliance, and documentation.

- Support post-tender follow-up, negotiation, and contract finalization.

- Report regional sales performance and pipeline forecasts regularly.

What You Should Bring:

- Degree in Electrical / Power / Energy Engineering.

- 15 (+/-) years of experience in sales to utilities in the electricity sector.
