Sector Head - Coverage - Investment Banking Segment - Technology/TMT

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in DigitalTech/NewTech domain.

- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors - Technology Products).

- Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily Indian) and not so much on services or e- commerce.

- Having good grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.

- Be a part of end- to- end deal making cycle for multiple sell- side/ buy side mandates.

- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations,

due- diligence, transaction closure agreements).

- Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients.

- Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients.

- Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities.

- Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger.

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Strong understanding & deal experience in NewGen StartUps, DigitalTech, Tech Product Co.'s

- Excellent grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.

- Extensive Deal handling & closure experience.

- Excellent Relationship Management skills - prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth.

- Good understanding & experience of both Capital market and M&A transaction.

- Strong blend of number crunching / analytics.

- Ability to effectively network across NewGen StartUps and generate potential business lead.

- Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations.
