Section Head - Materials:

NFINITY CONSULTANTS is hiring for TANFAC INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a leading chemical manufacturing company.

Position: Section Head - Materials

Location: Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.E / B.Tech degree is mandatory.

- Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in Materials / Purchase / Procurement.

- Must have experience working in a Chemical Manufacturing Company.

- Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end materials management and procurement activities.

- Manage raw material procurement and supplier development.

- Identify and develop new vendors and alternate sourcing channels.

- Conduct commercial negotiations and achieve cost optimization.

- Manage import procurement and logistics coordination.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and effective supplier coordination.

- Handle purchase orders, vendor evaluation and procurement documentation.

- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Production and Maintenance departments.
