
ER Head:
- To maintain productive and progressive employee relations through the services rendered by his/her Section and also facilitating employment law compliances connected to his section along with ensuring disruption free ER operations.
- Identification of Short-Medium and long term ER tasks and risk mitigation plan pertaining to his/her section
- Taking out benchmarking studies and working out various incremental innovations within the framework of law to mitigate rising cost, providing flexibility to operations and mitigating ER Risks.
- Managing the employee experience delight for blue collar workforce for ensuring productive and progressive work culture.
- Rigour in ensuring routines in the plants and maintaining a compliance culture by facilitating all the regulatory requirements and ensuring all licences and the consents needed for running of the plant are received.

- Ensuring wellbeing of all blue collar workforce by deploying effective welfare measures and advocating employee wellbeing policies through job role done by their section

- External networking to understand emerging trends and taking effective actions.
