Secninjaz is a leading cybersecurity company focused on offensive security and red teaming. We're looking for an on-site Business Development Manager to lead B2B growth, secure government partnerships, and scale internationally.

What You'll Do

- Lead B2B & government lead generation and deal closures.

- Develop corporate + strategic partnerships.

- Handle inbound sales pipeline and full deal lifecycle.

- Explore global expansion into new markets.

- Coordinate with technical teams for client-aligned solutions.

What You Need

- 4-5 yrs experience in business development (cybersecurity preferred).

- Strong network or experience in government + enterprise sales.

- Excellent pitch, proposal, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and government RFP workflows.

Must Have: experience working with Government contracts
