We are now hiring an on-site Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across corporate, government, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients.

- Build and maintain corporate & government partnerships.

- Manage inbound leads, craft winning proposals, and close high-value deals.

- Identify and expand into international markets (Middle East, Asia, US, etc.)

- Coordinate with the technical team to align cybersecurity offerings with client needs.

- Represent Secninjaz at summits, expos, and key stakeholder meetings.

Skills required:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B business development (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, or defense).

- Proven success in closing government and enterprise deals.

- Solid understanding of the cybersecurity industry and buyer personas (CISO, IT Heads, Procurement).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Familiarity with RFPs, tenders, and government procurement.

- Experience using CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
