About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Paid Search Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, managing budgets, and delivering measurable business results through effective search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks.

- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.

- Manage daily budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal ROI and goal achievement.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, keywords, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with analytics, design, and content teams to align search campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

- Stay updated with search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for automation and scaling campaigns using data-driven approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.

- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills for campaign reporting and optimization.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Google Ads Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or lead-generation clients.

- Familiarity with automation tools and scripts in Google Ads.

- Understanding of attribution models and data-driven marketing strategies
