Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Sales Consultant for our Enterprise Accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in business technology and outcome consulting, with at least 4 years in a client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architect role. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen and deep technical expertise, with a focus on designing outcome-focused solutions that drive significant business value for clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading conversations with CXOs and VPs, and translating complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Solutions Design:
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients by deeply understanding their business challenges and designing comprehensive, outcome-focused technology solutions.
- You will marry business needs with technical capabilities to create actionable roadmaps that deliver tangible results.
Client Engagement & Influence:
- Confidently engage in CXO and VP-level conversations.
- You will use compelling, outcome-led storytelling to ensure clients feel heard and understood, guiding them toward the right solutions without forcing a path.
- You will influence decisions using data, logic, and empathy.
Structured Problem-Solving:
- Simplify complex business challenges by breaking them down into solvable components using first-principles thinking.
- You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of solutioning, from ideation to implementation, ensuring rigorous execution and delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner seamlessly with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to align diverse perspectives and achieve shared success.
- Your role is to be a catalyst, ensuring a cohesive effort to deliver on client commitments.
Commercial Acumen:
- Operate with a strong commercial lens, consistently understanding how your solutions directly impact business value, top-line growth, and revenue contribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Consulting Pedigree: 7+ years of professional experience in business technology and outcome consulting, with a proven track record of actively driving modernization journeys on modern CSP (Cloud Service Provider) tech stacks.
- Client-Facing Acumen: 4+ years of demonstrated effectiveness in a client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecting role, consistently building and deepening trust with clients as a reliable technical advisor.
- Technical Expertise: AI-native fluency is a must. You should have a deep understanding of how to apply AI Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Work Modernization to create business value for specific domains. You must be more than just "cloud-certified" and be able to assess technical trade-offs to position the right tools for the right outcomes.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: The ability to see technology through a business lens, connect architecture to outcomes, and turn business process flowcharts into future-ready solutions that are designed for scale. You should have a product mindset combined with consulting depth.
- Local Terrain Awareness: A growing understanding of the local market, including clients, partners, and platform dynamics, to empower impactful navigation and direct solution contribution.
