Manager - Learning Enablement

About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Manager of Learning Enablement with 8-12 years of specialized experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), or similar corporate enablement functions.
- This role is crucial for driving measurable business impact by designing, implementing, and scaling learning programs within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate blends a strategic thinker's mindset with a builder's drive and high empathy to craft effective and engaging learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Design: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and execution of comprehensive learning and enablement programs aligned directly with critical business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Technology and Platform Management: Demonstrate - strong experience- in administering and leveraging LMS (Learning Management Systems), various digital learning platforms, and managing complex, integrated certification programs.
- Impact Measurement: Establish and monitor key metrics to ensure a proven record of influencing business outcomes (e.g., performance, time-to-competency, retention) directly through deployed learning initiatives.
- Organizational Development: Apply OD principles to identify skill gaps, implement competency frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance across the organization.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Utilize stellar stakeholder management and negotiation skills to influence senior leadership, secure cross-functional buy-in, and align learning resources with departmental needs.
- Content Curation and Delivery: Oversee the creation, curation, and deployment of high-quality learning content across various modalities (e.g., blended, virtual, microlearning).
Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills):
- Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or corporate L&D roles.
- Mindset: Demonstrated strategic thinking with a builder's mindset and a high degree of empathy in design and delivery.
- Platform Expertise: Strong working experience with multiple LMS platforms, digital learning technologies, and designing/managing scalable certification programs.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to connect learning initiatives directly to business outcomes and operational performance metrics.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and negotiation at senior levels.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Prior experience working within tech-forward or high-growth environments (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, high-growth startups).
- Advanced education such as a Masters in HR, Psychology, or a similar field (MBA preferred).
