Job Title: Manager - Learning Enablement

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Manager - Learning Enablement who can design and deliver a culture of continuous growth at Searce. In this role, you will architect innovative learning journeys, leverage AI-driven tools, and ensure that Searcians are future-ready, client-relevant, and competitively differentiated. This position blends strategy, technology, and people leadership to maximize organizational learning impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Future-Ready Learning Journeys:
- Architect end-to-end learning experiences that are impactful, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.
- Continuously evolve programs to inspire, challenge, and equip employees with critical skills for future relevance.
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with Business Leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning programs to measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, embedding learning as a driver of growth and innovation.
Leverage AI & Smart Learning Tech:
- Deploy LMS, learning analytics, and AI-powered platforms to personalize and scale learning.
- Use data insights to track effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies.
Drive Certifications & Skill Differentiation:
- Own and manage the pipeline for critical technical certifications.
- Ensure employees are not just certified, but market-ready and competitively advantaged.
Team Leadership & Enablement:
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of Learning Champions to deliver high-quality, impactful initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and empathy within the team.
Learning ROI & Vendor Management:
- Manage L&D budgets with a founder's mindset, maximizing return on investment.
- Build and negotiate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-value solutions.
Desired Profile:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- MBA preferred, but mindset and impact > credentials.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, L&D, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through impactful learning strategies.
- Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning solutions, and certification programs.
- Exposure to high-growth or tech-forward environments (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and strong execution capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to blend empathy with business acumen in designing learning interventions.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in measuring learning impact.
