Job Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused SEA Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts, primarily focusing on selling testing services within the Semiconductor and Contract Manufacturing Industries across Southeast Asia (SEA).
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic self-starter eager to build a strong sales pipeline, sell innovative solutions, and win deals.
You'll start in our Lucknow office and relocate to Singapore within 6-9 months, taking on a crucial role in expanding our global operational footprint.
Responsibilities
Client Representation: Be the primary representative of DBP to clients and potential clients in the SEA region, building strong, lasting relationships.
Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively and independently articulate and deliver DBP's value proposition and solution offerings to prospects, clearly demonstrating how our services can address their needs.
Pipeline Generation: Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting through various channels, including cold calls, following up on marketing leads, leveraging personal relationships, cross-selling, and seeking references, aiming to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations.
Sales Process Adherence: Strictly follow DBP's established sales process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of all sales activities.
Needs Analysis & Solution Recommendation: Thoroughly investigate client needs to qualify them effectively.
Through a strong and deep understanding of our solutions, recommend the specific offering that best fulfills their identified needs.
Proposal & RFP Management: Help in delivering compelling, value-based sales proposals and expertly respond to client Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with the sales management team to finalize favorable terms.
Internal Collaboration: Appropriately engage DBP's management and staff throughout the sales cycle, and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
Required Skills
- 5-6 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong preference for services selling, specifically covering the Semiconductor and/or Contract Manufacturing or High-Tech Manufacturing industries.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate our offerings to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong business and financial acumen to understand client needs and demonstrate ROI.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for professional communication with international clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mentality.
- An enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to remain organized in a rapidly changing environment.
- Driven to make inroads into new accounts while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in selling testing services will be a significant added advantage.
- Experience in IT Solutions / Services selling.
