Our client is rebuilding last-mile logistics infrastructure in India from the ground up using technology to optimize efficiency and increase earnings for gig workers, scaling rapidly, and with growth comes complexity in financial operations.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented finance professional who understands the dynamics of logistics, cash flow, and compliance at scale.

What You'll Do As an Accounts & Finance Manager, you'll manage and streamline the financial backbone of our business ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency across all money flows.

You will:

- Handle day-to-day accounting - AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger entries.

- Ensure accurate and timely vendor and rider payments.

- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, tax filings).

- Prepare and review financial statements - P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to align financial processes with business workflows.

- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring zero compliance gaps.

- Track receivables and collections, maintaining healthy cash flow.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: Candidates with experience in last-mile logistics (3PL) / hyperlocal delivery companies preferred.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters in commerce and finance, or equivalent

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Familiarity with compliance and statutory requirements (GST, TDS).

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
