SculptSoft - Project Manager

- 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development, infrastructure, or cloud projects.

- Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Execution & Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, etc.) Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to project scope.

- Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication of project expectations, progress, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts proactively.

- Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement QA processes to ensure deliverables meet client and business standards.

- Project Closure: Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved operations/support teams. Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or similar certification preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and IT security principles.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
