The role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager with a background in B2B SaaS to join our team at Scrut Automation.

This remote position requires a candidate who is well-versed in marketing operations, including the utilization of tools like HubSpot, to ensure data hygiene and overall efficiency in our marketing processes.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Operations & Automation:

- Introduce and enhance processes within the marketing operations function to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Plan, evaluate, and onboard new martech tools to support marketing initiatives.

- Execute and oversee integrations of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, CRM, etc.) with other platforms.

- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to support various marketing motionsInbound, Outbound, Events, and more.

- Enable lead lifecycle automation, including lead and account scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows.

- Conduct quality checks on marketing data before uploading to CRM, ensuring mapping accuracy and consistency.

- Manage reporting, dashboards, and insights for key marketing programs and performance metrics.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor the database operations team focused on data enrichment, hygiene, and segmentation.

- Set clear KPIs and performance goals aligned with marketing objectives.

- Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and reviews to ensure continuous team development.

Data Quality & Governance:

- Ensure database accuracy, deduplication, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

- Define and enforce data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Partner with analytics and CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to maintain data integrity and alignment between marketing and sales systems.

- Work with Sales Heads to optimize lead handoff, pipeline tracking, and sales enablement.

- Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to design and measure co-marketing and partner-led campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing marketing automation projects.

- Highly obsessed with data, technology and processes.

- System thinker who loves problem-solving

- Proficiency in enabling email nurture campaigns and drip sequences.

- Experience of working on automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Clay, Cargo, etc.

- Familiarity with workflow and campaign setup in HubSpot or other major marketing automation platforms.

- Knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn ad platforms.

- Strong sense of ownership and experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where job responsibilities may evolve rapidly.

- Hands-on Hubspot experience

- Good to have - Power BI skills

- Proven experience with modern GTM and automation tools; familiarity with platforms like Clay, n8n, and Make.com is a strong plus
