Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote India

Reports to: Head of Demand Generation
Role Overview:
Own our organic social and executive comms for a GRC SaaS scaleup.
Youll grow brand awareness, educate infosec buyers, and seed demand through consistent content and community engagement.
Youll run LinkedIn and Reddit day to day, join key GRC communities, and ghostwrite for executives and product SMEs.
What You'll Do:
- Channel strategy tied to awareness, education, and assisted demand
- Editorial calendar, production, approvals, and publishing
- Executive comms for C-level and VPs, plus SME enablement
- Community listening and engagement across Reddit and other infosec forums
- Employee advocacy playbook and enablement
- Social care and escalation paths in partnership with Support and Product
- Measurement and reporting for audience growth, engagement, traffic, and conversions from social
Day to day:
- Plan and ship weekly content for LinkedIn and Reddit
- Ghostwrite posts, threads, and longer POVs for execs and SMEs
- Monitor Governance, Risk, and Compliance subreddits and related forums, contribute value, and manage replies
- Partner with Content and SEO to atomise blogs, webinars, and research into social formats
- Track competitor narratives and share-of-voice themes
- Keep UTM hygiene in place and report impact in GA4 and Looker Studio
What Success Looks Like:
- Qualified follower growth from infosec titles and target accounts
- Rising engagement rate by reach and more comment depth from ICP voices
- Consistent referral traffic to key pages
- Conversions sourced from social and clear assisted-pipeline influence
- Healthy share of voice on core GRC themes vs named competitors
- Executives publish on a reliable cadence with measurable reach and invite
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years in B2B social or content, ideally SaaS or security
- Proof youve run a company social program with business impact
- Executive ghostwriting samples for technical or leadership audiences
- Strong copy, basic design and video skills, and a clean editorial process
- Hands-on with native LinkedIn, Reddit, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Comfortable collaborating with Content, SEO, Product Marketing, Sales, and Legal
Nice to Have:
- Experience moderating or contributing in security communities
- Employee advocacy rollout at a 50500 person company
- Familiarity with social media automation and social media monitoring tools
