The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives. They will guide the team on Agile principles and ensure that they are adhering to Scrum guidelines. The Scrum Master will also track the team's progress and remove any impediments that may be blocking their progress towards achieving the Sprint goals. Qualifications : - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate collaboration between team members - Experience in creating User Stories and working with software development teams - Experience in working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban - Certifications in Scrum, such as CSM, PSM or equivalent, are desirable - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to help them improve their Agile skills and practices - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
