This is a key role of managing compliance projects from FAB ITD. This role has the responsibility to manage the sanctions screening projects and BAU initiatives for the bank in a multi-jurisdiction environment. As such, it needs understanding of bank Compliance sanctions screening domain and project management in both waterfall and agile methodology. - Implementation experience of Fircosoft solutions (Firco Trust, FSK and Firco Continuity). - Strong knowledge in Compliance systems (customer screening, transaction screening) - Understanding the existing on going or new projects and execute the projects without any delay. - Depth knowledge of software life cycle, change management process, risk mitigation, project reporting and stakeholders management - Managing project budget, resource alignment and vendor management - Experience in both waterfall and agile methodology (like SCRUM) - Handling multiple projects in a same time, co-ordinate with internal, business stakeholders and vendor - End to end responsibility of project execution in the committed timeline. Tracking tasks until closure - Preparing status reports and conducting various project governance meetings. - Maintain requirement backlog, prepare scrum delivery plan and conduct SCRUM meetings. Requirements Knowledge & Experience - - The candidate should possess University degree in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration /MIS/IT/Computer Science. - Professional work experience in Bank or I.T. Company for 10 years. - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager / SCRUM Master in a Compliance domain. - Proven ability to work on sanction, transaction screening domain from multiple jurisdictions and experience in successful project management &amp; execution around transaction monitoring, sanctions and regulatory compliance. - Mandatory Experience of end to end implementation of Fircosoft products. - Proficiency in project management and team co-ordination to deliver the tasks on time - Professional certifications in project management and agile delivery is preferable. Skills: - Good knowledge of compliance domain and project management. - Managing project budget, resource alignment and vendor management - Risk mitigation, stakeholder management and change management. - Change authority board approval and go live - Knowledge about AWS/Azure cloud is an advantage - Proven project delivery tracks - Strong ability to influence &amp; lead internal teams, to deliver ongoing initiatives. - Expertise in Office products (excel, word, Power point, MS Project) - Working experience JIRA, Confluence etc., - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work in both waterfall and SCRUM delivery models.
