Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager - IT

- 3 -10 years of relevant experience acting in a Scrum Master and project management capacity.

- Skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

- Ability to understand system flows, interface details and system infrastructure.

- Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills;

- Operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve Agile performance.

- Review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate.

- Creating a collaborative team environment and provide constructive feedback in order to drive Agile maturity.

- Proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency.

- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools.

- Proficient with JIRA MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills Desired:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
