We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, and experience driving collaboration and continuous improvement. You will act as a servant leader, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while removing impediments that hinder team performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members and product owners on Agile principles and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and eliminate blockers, ensuring smooth progress toward sprint and release goals.
- Encourage open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Freshworks.
- Maintain discipline around Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies to ensure effective Agile delivery.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and PowerPoint decks for leadership and governance meetings.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.
- Leverage SAP ECC or S/4HANA knowledge to support project requirements and integration with business processes.
- Apply a basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and demonstrate proficiency in advanced MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exhibit a bias for action, demonstrating enthusiasm, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of experience working in Agile environments with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Scrum artifacts, and team performance management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Working experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
