About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our product-based team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams toward successful delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).

- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements.

- Remove impediments to the teams progress and foster a collaborative environment.

- Track sprint progress and help the team meet commitments through continuous improvement.

- Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies preferred.

- Certification such as CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master is a plus.
