Job Description - Overall Scrum Master experience of 3-4 years.
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) Tools Suite is required - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Agile methodology - Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and help remove impediments to progress.
- Monitor sprint progress using JIRA dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team capacity).
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Support release planning and coordination across teams and departments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
