About The Role:
- This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, pre-sales solutioning experience, and the ability to engage confidently with mid to large enterprise customers.
- You will drive discovery conversations, translate business requirements into solution proposals, and ensure a seamless handoff between Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams.
- Your role will directly impact win rates, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction through value-based solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover business challenges, user workflows, and technical constraints.
- Research target accounts and industry trends to personalize solutions.
Solution Design & Value Mapping:
- Translate customer pain points into actionable solution blueprints and product configurations.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales Engineering, and Onboarding teams to build feasible, scalable solutions.
Proposal & Stakeholder Management:
- Support RFP responses, capability overviews, and custom demos in coordination with regional sales teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor in high-stakes discussions with US/EMEA client stakeholders.
Documentation & Handoff:
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable components, reference architectures, pitch decks, and use cases.
Continuous Improvement:
- Support the product roadmap by providing region-specific insights and customer intelligence.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-sales Consulting, or Solution Design for SaaS or CPaaS platforms.
- Experience working with North America/Europe-based stakeholders.
- Strong command of solution selling principles, stakeholder management, and client communications.
- Proven ability to articulate technical and business solutions to cross-functional audiences.
- Proficiency in BRDs, FRDs, UML diagrams, user stories, and release documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to CPaaS, SaaS deployment models, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) relevant to messaging.
