Role: Manager Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
About the Role:
As Manager Partnerships & Strategic Alliances, you will drive revenue growth by building and scaling strategic relationships with global software partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Zoho, Talkdesk, and Vonage. You will develop joint GTM initiatives, shape strategic programs, and enable partner sales teams while collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand partnerships with major technology platforms.
- Build relationships with C-level executives, sales leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Identify and execute new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Design partner GTM programs, co-marketing campaigns, and joint value propositions.
- Enable partner sales teams and collaborate with internal teams on partner-led opportunities.
- Represent SMS-Magic at industry events and partner conferences.
- Track and optimize partner performance metrics.
Internal & Functional Responsibilities:
- Guide partners on strategy and align SMS-Magic solutions with their growth objectives.
- Deliver training, co-branded materials, and enablement toolkits.
- Drive North American and international channel partner sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new partners.
- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 - 10 years in partner sales, business development, or alliances in B2B software/SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 - 15 years managing global software partnerships.
- Experience with Salesforce or ISV partnerships is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship skills.
- Knowledge of PaaS/SaaS business models and enterprise software sales.
