Role Overview

We are looking for a high-agency, execution-oriented Associate Product Manager / Product Manager to join our AI team.

Youll work alongside the AI team to drive the execution of AI features across Conversives product suite - voice/text/omnichannel AI agents, ICP-specific co-pilots, and more.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building modern AI products, with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity for emerging technologies in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end execution of AI product features - from ideation to launch to adoption and iteration

- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and business teams to drive adoption of AI capabilities

- Contribute to and evolve the AI product roadmap

- Ensure products meet regulatory and enterprise-grade compliance standards

- Conduct market/user research and leverage feedback loops for iteration

- Proactively track execution timelines, unblock cross-functional teams, and report on progress

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments (preferred, not mandatory)

- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering and agentic workflows (mandatory)

- Strong product thinking and ability to build from first principles

- Demonstrated ownership mindset with high accountability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to AI prototyping and experimentation using modern tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Lovable, n8n) is a strong plus
