Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline: e.g., mathematics, statistics or computer science - relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience  - Solid knowledge of statistical techniques   - The ability to come up with solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets  - The ability to present those solutions to internal and external stakeholders (including clients)   - Strong programming skills (Java/Python), statistical modeling (like SAS/R/Matlab/Mathematica)  - Experience using machine learning algorithms  - High proficiency in statistics, in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms  - In-depth knowledge/experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance domains  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills   - Passion for innovations and new technologies   - Fluency in English is mandatory.
