About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Influencer Marketing Analyst who can seamlessly combine data mining, marketing analytics, and influencer campaign management.

You will be responsible for discovering creators, executing influencer campaigns, and building internal data systems that power large-scale launches.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Mining & Analytics (50%)
- Execute manual and automated data extraction using scraping and data mining tools.
- Build, structure, and maintain internal creator databases to streamline outreach and campaign workflows.
- Research, test, and recommend tools, automations, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze creator, performance, and campaign data to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data pipelines supporting marketing and influencer operations.
Influencer Campaign Management (50%)
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for SciSpace product launches, including prospecting, outreach, onboarding, content planning, negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with influencers, share campaign briefs, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Experiment with and optimize outreach strategies across various creator segments and platforms.
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Measure campaign performance, produce insights-driven reports, and recommend improvements for future launches.
Who Can Apply:
- Professionals with 2to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing analytics, content marketing, social media, or data operations.
- Individuals with strong data processing, data organization, and analytical skills.
- Experience in data mining, scraping, performance analysis, or influencer campaign execution is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-speed startup environment with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bangalore.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, creator discovery tools, or social listening systems.
- Basic understanding of APIs, scripting, or automation workflows (Python/Node preferred).
- Strong awareness of content formats, creator trends, and social platform dynamics.
- Experience using AI tools for automation, data processing, and marketing experimentation
