Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate financial management activities, including P&L analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, debt, and investment management.

- Manage and coordinate rigorous audit and quality assurance processes.

- Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to support corporate decision-making.

- Guide and direct medical billing processes and revenue cycle management activities.

- Identify and evaluate potential investors (VCs, PEs, and strategic investors) aligned with B2B SaaS and healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-7 Years of progressive financial management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
