Ideal candidate will take ownership of all matters - To define Brand marketing, message associated with Brand, Marketing Strategy. - Brand Marketing Manager duties will include generate leads, social media Management, and coordinating with the sales team, & care management Team. Continuously learning new innovations coming in Digital healthcare, learning Sciometrix technology and platform, able to generate and guide demonstration/ presentation for new product and services to existing & new clients will be the key. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep understanding of company mission, vision, and goals to develop Brand Equity. Build relationships with key stakeholders to develop brand equity for different type of clients and demographics. Understand, develop, and evolve brand message, Brand identity among peers and in the industry. Define brand marketing strategy for identity, growth, and generate leads among investors, patients, physicians for Sciometrix products and services. - Oversee the development of new creative artifacts (web pages, landing pages, emails, presentations, flyers, posters, post cards). Coordinate and collaborate, with in and outside the organization, Design, & orchestration of marketing campaigns to generate leads and traffics. Coordinate and Collaborate marketing demonstration to attract new clients for latest products and solution offerings. Able to mentor and guide other marketing teams- marketing analytics, Marketing Creative agency or in house creative graphics designer. - Manage and Generate traffic on social and all media channels (paid, earned, and owned). Deploy latest marketing Technology tools and trends to discover and Manage ROI over campaigns, improve ranking among Search Engines (SEO). Discover and device measures for targeting potential growth user base. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 7 years' experience in brand marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus. - Should be having good experience in brand marketing. - Experience in promoting products and solutions is plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good project management skills. - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
